Restaurant Head Chef Teaches Children French Cookery
13 children aged 6 and 7 yrs from class 2 in the Pre-Prep, visited the Blue Lion in East Witton for a French cookery demonstration by new head chef, Michael, kindly hosted by owner, Paul Klein.
Pre-Prep French teacher Sonia Brown, organised the trip where children were shown how to make such traditional french desserts as Cassis Parfait and Tarte tatin.
