Aysgarth School

The Junior Play this year was 'Aesop's Fables Redux' and all first and second form boys took a role in retelling these ancient stories to audiences of peers, parents, family and friends. Imaginative, colourful costumes and an amusing script, brought to life well known characters such as the tortoise and the hare, the boy who cried wolf, and the goose and her golden eggs, along with the crow, the crane and a very funny donkey! The boys acted well, spoke out clearly and produced a very polished end performance which was enjoyed immensely by everyone.
